Details:

 

We ride 10 flat miles to the 13th annual BikeCraft event, “a bicycle-centric holiday gift fair, celebrating local and handmade goods and the love of bicycling”. 

 

FREE entry  (donations welcome)

FREE grilled cheese sandwiches from Franz Bread's Get Portland Baked food truck. 

Coffee, beer, other bev options and food available for sale.

Nobody is going hungry on this ride!

 

Bring a backpack or pannier and $ (yes, most vendors accept cards).

 

Bike parking on-site. 

 

We’ll ride from Paper Tiger, the same new start/end point as the Two Bridge Loop, so if you’re doing that ride at 10am, you could then join this ride and get 40 miles or so for the day.

 

Meet Bicycle Kitty, aka Maria, our past VBC president, and 29 other interesting vendors. 

Get cool bikey gifts for your friends, and especially for your ride leader

Please park in the lot to the east of Paper Tiger Coffee.  

Please don’t park in front of Bader Beer/wine as they are open on Sunday.



           

Notes:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign up and be a part of the announcements and safety briefing. Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policy and be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions. Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain. Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended. Please make sure to print a ride cue sheet, if you need one. Make sure your bike is in good working order. Riders should be able to maintain the stated pace. Please communicate with the leader if you decide to go off route or not return to the start.

 

Remember - we want to be awesome representatives for cycling and spread a love for our great sport locally by obeying all traffic laws and riding in a safe and courteous manner.Ride safely and have fun!
