ALL THINGS PICNIC
VBC Buddies,
Thank you for your gracious contribution to our fast-approaching annual Picnic.
We have volunteers for every area of need except "Prizes & Awards." Because of time constraints, I am proposing that those of us with extra swag, spares, and accessories donate them to the picnic as "Raffle Prizes." In addition to the fun winning generates, we find new homes for the extra gear we have lying around, which further contributes to the success of our event.
I have added two more signup slots on our Signup Sheet; one for Swag / Spares & Accessories, and the other for a Head Count of attendees to determine the number of hamburger patties (foodstuff) to prepare.
Again, thank you for your encouraging responses, and see you at the Picnic.
