I just wanted to remind you that there's a club meeting this Wednesday (5/13/2026). As usual, the meeting begins at 5:30pm and will be held in The Aero Room.
This month, our speaker will be Wakefield Gregg, owner of The eBike Store.
For those of you not familiar with The eBike Store, they're a Portland business that specializes in (surprise!) eBikes. They offer sales and service for a range of ebikes covering a broad array of cycling disciplines. For the past several years, they've also been one of our most generous RACC sponsors!
As you might expect from someone who own an eBike business, Wake is an eBike expert! He'll give us an overview of his shop and share his broad knowledge of and experience with ebike technology. Bring your ebike questions! This will be a great opportunity to have them answered before you buy your first (or next!) ebike! Given the proliferation of eBikes into virtually every area of cycling (commute, cargo, road, gravel, MTB, etc) I'm excited to have Wake at our meeting!

The meeting begins at 5:30pm and presentations will start around 6pm. Pizza will be served!
As usual, if a few people can arrive early (~5:15pm) to help with setup or stay a few minutes late to help with cleanup, it would be appreciated.
Reminders:
• Club meetings are only open to members, so you'll have to be logged into your VBC account in order to be able to see or register for the event
• We skip club meetings in July (due to RACC) and September (due to the picnic) so this is the last club meeting until November! You don't want to miss it!
