Are you free this Wednesday at 5:30pm? Do you want to attend one of the most interesting bicycle-related events of the month?!?
If so, let me know: I have two FREE tickets to this month's VBC Board meeting!
The board is meeting from 5:30-7:00pm this Wednesday (4/8/2026) at Bike Clark County (1604 Main Street, Vancouver 98660). Space is limited in the conference room we use, but I think we can probably squeeze in a couple of extra people.
Don't worry: we promise we won't (immediately) draft you to join the Board of Directors. You will get to see, and share your opinion on, what goes on "behind the scenes" while running VBC! We're still finalizing the agenda for this month's meeting, but likely topics include:
- An update on VBC's advocacy work
- An update on RACC planning
- Discussion of plans to sell engraved Bivo water bottles and club T-shirts
- An update on RACC+Club sponsorship & partner programs
- An initial peek at results of the recent VBC Club Survey
- Discussion of a brand-new top secret (potential) benefit for club members
Reply to me if you're interested in attending the meeting this Wednesday. I'll confirm with everyone who expresses interest, to make sure we don't run out of space!
