New law seeks to help clear up Washington’s DUI testing backlog
My grateful thanks to all of you who contacted our WA legislators and governor about SB 5880, the toxicology lab needs. It will take time to whittle down the backlog of DUI tests, but the delayed testing results that left drivers uncharged and still driving will now - with your help - change that loophole and make travel safer for all of us.
